plane window !
From what I could figure out on
the flight path monitor, this is the Swiss Alps.

This was taken five
minutes before we landed in Madrid.
I cropped it because I'd got
the window in it. Darned engine was in the way too... still,
that's not as bad as sitting over a wing !
If you look really closely
(maybe with a magnifying glass !) you can see rows and rows of trees growing in
those brown fields. I think they may be olive trees.
