Remember the pigeon on
my head in Trafalgar Square ? Well now there's a seagull
nesting in my hair ! (Bill's trick photography !)

Looking down, you
suddenly realise how far you've climbed...

... but there's still
a long way to go. Bill sent us on ahead so he could try out the zoom...

... pretty impressive,
I thought. We're in the centre, where the steps turn to the right,
just above and to the left of the patch of green !

This outcrop always
reminds me of a lion's paw.

Not much water falling
that day. It was extremely hot, around 35C (95F) so the
ambience was entirely different to that of our previous visit. That cool,
misty day
had really enhanced the experience.

Excavated ruins
abound.
