These buildings are inhabited by castle staff.
Salisbury Tower
We were trying to replicate our 1953
photos, (lower half of page)
but we couldn't remember exactly where they were taken.
He almost smiled !
This guard doesn't have a uniform !
A visit to
Windsor Castle is not complete without seeing
Queen Mary's Dolls'
House.
Unfortunately, as with a lot of the interior of the castle,
photography is not allowed. It's built on a scale of 1:12,
and is the most incredible creation imaginable !
