Wimbledon is on
the same line as Leatherhead, so off we hopped, and found the bus
to the stadium. We were under the impression that we'd be able to at least
get as far
as a gift shop, but no such luck. There's no way of getting through those
gates
without a ticket !
Oh well, I took this one between the bars so we could make believe !
See that crane in the distance ? When you see the overhead shots of the
courts,
that's where they're coming from.

at the railway station, we came across this...
We didn't try them, since we'd already had our Krispy Kremes and were
going out
for dinner, but I think they're related to our Jester's
After a quick clean-up at our hotel, we were once more on the train to London,
to meet up
with Doug and Diane at the OXO
Tower Restaurant.
Here's one of my odd shots... the reflection of the London skyline in the
huge window
as we sat and ate on the balcony overlooking the Thames.

inside, as we were leaving after a totally delectable meal.
I won't mention the bill... it was Doug's shout ! Thanks Doug and Diane,
for a wonderful meal and a fun evening !
