Taken from my favourite vantage point in the vestibule...
the spiral staircase up to the top level, and beyond it, the dining room.

The narrowest part of the North Thompson River,
named Little Hell's Gate.
We were in the dining room when we passed 
the narrowest point of Fraser River which is called Hell's Gate.
It was on the far side and I wasn't able to get across
in time to capture it. 

 Our carriage was now the last one, so my spot in the vestibule
afforded photo opportunities such as this...
