The
track follows the Fraser River from Vancouver to Lytton,
where it branches off to follow the Thompson River to Kamloops.
The
scenery is extremely diverse, ranging from lush green,
to tundra, to waterfalls and glaciers.
Those
freight trains are huge. I counted 135 cars on one.
See the white water rafters down there ?!!
Landslide
Alley. There are many of this type of construction
to protect the trains from falling rocks.
A bit hard to see, but the train opposite was passing through two tunnels at once.
