Heading for the Rocky Mountaineer

Waiting for the coach to take us 
(and the rest of the group) to the railway station

There she is... the Rocky Mountaineer !
All aboard !

This is where I spent most of the next two days, 
wind in my hair, camera in my hand !

Of course, it was necessary a couple of times a day to sample the 
culinary delights that were served in the dining room,
which is in the lower level of the train.

Cheesecake, gooseberries, fudge brownies and the piece de resistance...
the mousse-filled chocolate train.
The manager told us "You can't say you didn't see any mousse (moose)" !!
This was dessert for two, after soup, hot fresh bread rolls
and a huge main course.
