Waiting in line to experience The Edge.
Here you can see it beginning to slide out from
the side of the building.

Almost fully extended.
That's its reflection on the left.

Our turn ! Like so many tourist attractions, you're not allowed
to take photos from inside the cube. In fact you're asked to leave
all loose objects including cameras, handbags and mobile phones
in lockers just before you enter. Don't know how the lady in the
front got away with it ! You might recognise Carol and Shirl
standing beside us. We bumped into them as we were walking
around the Skydeck.

When you enter the cube, the walls appear to be frosted glass.
You can't see through them. As the cube moves outside the building,
the glass suddenly clears to reveal the spectacular all round views.
Yes, the floor is glass too ! Bill assured us it's safe... it's DMS Glass !

After about 4 minutes, the cube slides back inside the building and
you remove those groovy blue bootees ! For the faint of heart, the
door to the cube is never locked, so you can step back into the
building at any time.

Some more views from the Skydeck.
