My blow-up horsey was eventually lost forever when Dad threw it into the
waves to
be "carried back in by the incoming tide" in Devon.
As we watched it bobbing away into the distance, Dad tried to console me by
telling me that "some poor kid in Wales will find it and be very
happy". I wasn't !!!
